Faction Issue Planetary Command Centres that are rather expensive and offer marginally more power grid and CPU.
Want people to REALLY get commited to the space they live in ? Imagine the cries of terror when people realize their precious faction command centres could become inaccessible because of war etc.

i’d actually prefer to see such a command center have a much lower rate of depleting planetary resources.
although, i have reservations on this whole concept as it would increase the amount of PI hitting the market, driving prices down. the winners would ultimately be older players with an extensive PI setup.
which reminds me, i need to restart my extractors and get my factories pumping again, but i just cant face screwing with over 100 PI installations……
