If I understand the station fees correctly, you don’t enjoy a benefit or suffer a penalty for corp standings at NPC stations when using science facilities (i.e., copying BPOs, improving TE/ME etc.), so long as you are not refining. Is this correct?
So, if I’m in a system with an opposing faction’s NPC station, I can use its science services regardless how low my standings fall with the faction?
