I went to the Eve-Uni page on NPC standings, updated last month, and searched the word “processing”
The only instance of that word on the entire page says standings effects fees.
My suggestion is use a fast ship to take a small sample to each station you want to reprocess at, and see compare your output at each one. Then you’ll know for certain.
Sorry I can’t be more help, but last time I mined anywhere near an NPC station, I developed this annoying rash that took weeks to clear up.

Standings affect reprocessing fees if thats what you are referring to. 6.50 effective with the corp that owns the station is 0 isk for reprocessing

This right here, can compare those yield results to your POS yield results.
Course like @Geo_Eclipse_Oksaras said, with high corp standings, no reprocessing fees in NPC stations.
