Past history of Features and Ideas shows that this part of the forum is prone to awkward mixes of re-balancing of existing content and proposals for all new content. It would be useful to separate proposals and suggestions regarding game mechanics from ship and module balance to better address the different aspects of the game and hopefully create more useful channels for feedback to CCP.
