Fitting a Venture for Gategamp Survival

I’m looking to fit my Venture for Mining in low-sec and want to minimize the risk of getting caught in a gatecamp. I’m primarily interested in Salvaging, Exploration and Mining.
My budget is not an issue. I’m currently at low skill in piloting and engineering but that will change as the months go by.
I’m considering focusing on maneuverability to improve my chances of escape. I’m also open to suggestions for tanking and utility modules.
Any tips or advice on fitting a Venture for gatecamp survival would be greatly appreciated!
Some specific questions:

  • What are the essential modules for a maneuverable Venture fit?
  • How can I balance tanking and speed in my fit?
  • Are there any specific skills that I should prioritize to improve my chances of escaping a gatecamp?

I’m eager to hear your thoughts and recommendations!

Cheap ship, cheap loss.
Ventures are great for Lowsec because they are very easy to obtain and fit. Also they have two stabilizers, but they are not very sturdy.
So a standard fit like this is still state of the art. You may change the Shield Extender to T1, then it costs less than 1m completely fitted.
