According my experience PLEX teansfers take about 3 days.

Just checked support center and ticket is still open. I think that our timing in kinda bad because newest patch and reported issues might generate huge amount of tickets. Anyway all character trades are secured and any try of scam give a perma ban. Like you see pilot have active ESI connection to eveskillboard and amount of SP didn’t changed so nothing bad happen. Please be patience.
