Of cause if you fly for FDU you will be jammed a lot, because instead of 2 sensor boosters you have tools to kill, but you you meant not to kill but to survive - use sensor boosters intead of point and web.

Why not pimped rep? also will this tank everything?

I have the standard Hecate fit minus the pimped hardeners, and its stable, it has cap rigs in it.

Mentioned fit is for gallente FW missions. So you survive NPC. MIssion specific hardeners are a must.
