I was just curious why these skill books aren’t seeded anymore.

There are a whole host of skills that are not seeded anymore and their number is gradually rising. CCP never said a single word why this happens. They adamantly ignore every mentioning of this issue and expect you to just suck up the increased book cost when you buy them in the skill window.
Ok, ty. maybe they plan to have them drop in missions eventually.
