Game Balancing

I keep coming back to this game after a couple of years. I like this game.
I can’t help but notice how much potential it has.

But I can’t help but notice how the game is over balanced for people who PvP.
When PvP is a coin toss most of the time.

I can’t help but notice how I make almost the exact same amount of ISK mining veldspar in a 1.0 system. Then I do mining rare Ore out in null sec.
Or How there are Ice Belts in High Sec - So there is yet again no reason to go into low or null sec.

I just can’t help but notice how the game is poorly balanced.

I don’t care what PvPer’s want I want to see some risk vs reward here.
Some calculated risk taking.
