Game stuck on Resource loading

my pc tuned off completely while loading the game, now the game wont load the files, tried the repair.exe, running the client in dx9, turning sound off, uninstalled and did fresh install, still not loading game files

debug.log shows this: debug.log

tried the repair.exe

Repair tool was retired long time ago you should never use it again.

Anyway do usual stuff:

1. Check your drive for errors first (at least standard Disk check from Windows UI).
2. Delete or rename (backup) C:\EVE\
3. Re-download EVE installer and install it again
4. Open launcher menu (top right corner) - Show in Explorer - Shared Cache
5. In that folder delete\rename “TQ” directory.
6. Open Launcher menu again - Settings - Enable “Download everything” and restart launcher. Don’t launch the game yet.
7. After that, just in case, open menu - Shared cache and press “Verify”.
