i’ve been ganked once by aiko herself.. i don’t have a flying rats ass problem with ganking.. its fine where it is.

One alt was ganked more than 12 years ago… first and the last time. Was not a big price for a good lesson. Need to study lessons and not complain about someone playing game better. Avoiding of ganks makes high sec more dynamic, otherwise jump to nullsec protected by alliances with intel.
Do not want to know how CONCORD and ganks works in higsec - go null/low/wh.

Asymmetrical warfare is a conflict between opponents with significantly unequal capabilities, where the weaker side avoids direct, symmetrical confrontation and instead uses tactics that exploit the stronger side’s vulnerabilities.
The thing is @Gasephed_Sinak has admitted he is not a hauler and has never been ganked.
He is just stirring up fear over something that he has no personal experience with.

Just because I’m a lowly merchant who actually hauls things from one market to another is no justification for an adhom attack.
But considering your claim a systemic unbalance in the game, and proposals to nerf other’s game styles while admitting that you don’t participate in the gameplay you want to moderate, I think it is my concern.

You are fear mongering. It’s not an adhom attack, it’s a description of your posts.
Imagine a newbie thinking of starting to play EvE, and coming here and reading thread after thread about how gankers hunt new players, ganking is too easy, ganking is imbalanced and needs to ne nerfed. You (and others) make it sound like this game is overrun with ganking and it is making it impossible to play, when the truth is ganking is rare and mostly avoidable once one learns the skills that others have catalogued here.
You admitted that you have never been ganked. I have never been ganked. Most people have never been ganked. You are spreading fear with your constant drum beat and scaring off new players.

I do really enjoy EvE. After Shadowbane died I’ve found this is the only game that scratches my itch.
There are almost no other nonconsensual PVP games left, and nothign that has a slightly slower pace like EvE.
I really do resent people who try to water down what makes EvE special and call for nerfs to other’s playstyles.

Means JF fitted to half its tank capability is done on purpose to make it assimetric. Otherwise pilot will increase tank and play safer to make it more symmetric.
