Everybody loves colorful titles. Please give them back to us and the ability to display them bold, italic and whatever.

Any idea how long ago this was changed…? Because I honestly don’t remember when this was a feature.
it was possible last year still. I was constantly changing my title.
it was a little tricky but they didn’t properly remove the ability… now in one of the more recent updates they did it properly.
I really dislike it and don’t see any advantage. sure some things like changing the font size was a bit extreme, but it’s just a bad change. I want to color my corporation titles!

I don’t want to play without colored corporation titles.
Imagine my pain removing my colored title just to find out I cannot get it back anymore…
They are an eyesore. That said i just saw someone with a rainbow of titles. You sure it’s not still possible?
I just tried this on one of my alts, and it is still possible. However, having said that, initially, in the “Edit Member” interface I positioned my cursor too far to the left, practically adjacent to “Title” when I should have positioned the cursor approximately an inch to the right.
It’s still doable. I just used
<color=yellow>CEO
to do it.
Repositioning your cursor may solve this for you.
Yes, we definitely need them back. My corp has not been able to change any titles because we would otherwise run the risk of breaking our precious title design.
More advanced HTML was prohibited in Corp titles a while ago, but this might still work: HTML and colours on profiles

The Problem is without the font size it’s impossible to show certain icons because they are just too small in unicode

It should look like this and it was really cool to have some tribal style vherokior symbols in my bio… now it’s not possible anymore because the size is fixxed -.-’
I tried with both the bolding and italic instructions and was successful as you can see for yourself from the inserted images. However, as you stated, I was unable to alter the font size.
There may be a way to do that; however, I am fairly inexperienced in modern coding techniques, so cannot give you more help.

Hm, while it is not discernable from the images uploaded, the characters in the title did change and become “bolder”. I’m sorry I failed to take an initial pic. Honestly, I didn’t think of it.

Wait, I tested it and I was pretty sure it made NO difference if I add a <b> or anything like that. Anyway, I wish I could get my old multiline title back

yes it was possible to use <br> in the Title and you could get all the characters in there. I wish I never changed that so that I now could roam the heavens with a unique title.
Just the usual EVE stuff: You build your dream title and CCP shatters your dream title.
It is Everyone vs Everyone after all (including CCP).

I’m pretty sure reality is a simulation created by CCP in the future. No god ever would create such a harsh world where human rights to multiline titles can vanish over night with no explaination x)
I really shouldn’t think about it, but it drives me insane how CCP ruins all the fun just because probably some UI designer isn’t very good at their job of designing a character info window that shows the important stuff first and doesn’t rescale if some memlord puts in a font size 200 
or other weird unicode symbol.
Give us back small corps to make it worth it.

You want additions that mean much to few, but with so few numbers, how important is it vs spending that energy to get those numbers back up?
