I am uncertain if the Glacial Drift skins for empire Force Auxiliary ships.
This being the Apostle, Lif, Ninazu and Minokawa.
I believe this is due to a bug in the drop tables.
Note, a previous thread in 2018 & 2017 outline the lack of drop.

I think they were available for purchase but never added to the in-game drop tables. So, they do exist in-game, but are quite rare.
