I have several Google sheets that get market prices from ccp CREST; this system stopped Yesterday with the API Death
how could I update my sheet to ESI (should be public data and not sso reserved)?

However you might be better off with writing a function to get data from https://market.fuzzwork.co.uk/api/ for the market data. So you do not have to parse and aggregate massive amounts of data.
