When I am in a fleet and sitting in station and do my turn in on no particular character sometimes the pay out will pop up and say “-32,000” in red. However, in my bank it will be added rather than subtracted. The negative graphic will come up on all in my fleet. But, won’t reflect a negative status in the wallet.
That could be from NPC corp taxes. iirc, the transactions tab of the wallet will list those things.

Negative isk due to taxes from missions doesn’t normally show up as the mission ticks. When missioning the ticks only show what the reward is after taxes, it will not pop up the negative numbers.
