Help will be much appreciated. Want to switch to linux fro gaming. Thanks

I applaud you for still working that 3 legged dog. Man I loved my Athlon II X3. Honestly only upgraded because wanted to swap to an nvme drive.

Ok I’m no pro at Cinnamon, but I would wager your problems will go away if you bump up the Mesa version. I’m on Mint 21.1 also (Mate), and I’ve always had to bump to a PPA version of Mesa and all things mesa-vulkan dxvk etc.

A while back I was troubleshooting something odd, so I wound up on the Oibaf PPA; it is not recommended. Very likely to have regressions.

Highly recommend the Kisak PPA for all the things.

Yoe Thanks Man… Looks like the Kisak PPA did the trick … There appears to be a dramatic improvement in graphisc quality. Much Appreciate the help
