Great job CCP! More Triglavian-like content needed

This isn’t even related to gankers. There are PLENTY of those people around. This kind of talk is equivalent to “fat shaming”, which developed because it works. It works as encouragement to get better. “Fat shaming” is a social mechanic aiming at encouraging people to not be fat.

These are completely normal things happening in every day society. The only difference is that you don’t like it. “Fat shaming”, for example, is a good thing everywhere, including the US, even though being fat and over-fed is the norm and thus obviously people ban this kind of (not actually but they’re all nuts) “HateSpeech”. Yet, still, no matter what, it’s a good thing to happen and completely natural and normal.

The problem is not that this happens, but that there are emotionally weak people who think censorship is a requirement for them to live a happy live. Yes, that is EXACTLY it.

Just look at your own post!

Well … why? What makes you think that? Are you a loser? Do you take offense in my thinking or writing that you’re a loser? Why does it matter to you what some random stranger thinks or says about you?

When it’s so easy for some random loser on the internet to influence your emotional state with objectively irrelevant things he thinks or says about you …

… then what does that make you?

Privately, I suppose? @Lfod_Shi might have been facetious in their post (being text instead of speech, I can’t actually tell), but I think the general idea is sound. If seeing people whine on the forums amuses you, then I suppose that’s fine, but is there any need to post here about how much enjoyment you’re getting? From my perspective that sort of behavior is in poor taste.

Reading this convinced me to go look up fat-shaming since I’m not all that familiar with it, and according to multiple scientific studies your claims appear to be completely wrong. This article from Healthline - which is known to have a high level of factual reporting - explains why fat-shaming is a bad thing.

It’s concise, easy to understand, and has numerous inline citations to studies and scientific articles from reputable sources that back up their claims. I highly encourage anyone who is interested in the topic to read it.

…really?

That’s your rebuttal?

Just some transparent insinuations that I’m a “loser” for taking a dim view of certain online behaviors, and nothing else?

Do you have anything constructive to add to this conversation or are you just looking to “harvest tears”, as the saying goes? Because if you’re actually trying to be constructive, then I got news for you, Solecist: you’re doing a really bad job of it.

You said you’re kinda roleplaying.

Yeahhh, I’m not interested in roleplaying.
