Help with setting seAT for small corp

Hi,

Can anyone tell me if is possible to run seAT for free or cheap as possible? Or maybe someone is providing service to host tools for corporations for ISK?

I saw a website offering to install SEAT on a Linux system, but dont remember which one.
Why dont you use http://eve-hr.com/ ?
