I took a couple years off Eve online after that. I just returned a couple weeks ago. This corp has gone from 6 members to 31 in the last two weeks, so I am very proud of it 
Our new kingdom has a bit better of a killboard, but even then we are all noobs so I am not really interested in farming kills ATM. My main interest is in developing the knowledge and experience of our members, and that means putting them in situations where they might lose ships. Specially since we live in a WH.
