Trust me, my rl ego is all mine and I love it! I have no in game ego cause I’m just not that good at the game.
The solution is very simple: don’t listen to the idiot nor the one arguing with him. It cleans up the forums real nice, people should do it more.
i think its really respective and honorable of you to talk about a person as he is not present.
when i think about you, i would never ever think that you where the sort of person who was trying to bully others online, or that you would log on with your alts to suggest to everyone that your opinions where the “mainstream”.
well… when you ask question about eve, the answer is almost always “it depends …”
It depends on the gank target, how active the ganker is ofcourse, and how many is in the gank fleet!
and more stuff?
but id say the isk ratio is around … 100m lost - 2-3b destroyed? (1b looted) …
im guessing here… and the guess is;
the ganker is +900m for every 100m he/she spend
give or take… idk, i a pve mainly
but like… aint trashers mostley like an “intro” ship, i think for serious “ganks”, those pilots often have alot of sp and then other ships might be alot better…
Don’t worry, I don’t think there’s any chance of that ever happening.
If mining paid that much, even I would do it.
When you’re arguing for something, and everyone else is arguing against you and agreeing with each other, accusing all those other people of being each other’s alts is just such a perfect defense, that I don’t actually know how to respond to it.
We’re talking like Yu-Gi-Oh “trap card” levels of debate mastery here.
Well. this “alt” has to take off for an hr and then watch TV. Thanks for the chuckles everyone!
There’s a joke in there for the puerile, like myself.
Shhh. Don’t give away the cow when I’m only trying to give them a sip of the milk.
Ahh you’re channeling the stumpy French Emperor.
Never interrupt your enemy when he’s making a mistake.
yes, its clear your are not here to discuss the topic/thread etc … you are here to talk about the author.
so… why dont you do that in the dm’s…?
There’s no such thing here, please insert another coin to continue.
uhm… then perhaps you should not be here. but somewhere else.
Eve forums is no place for flaming.
The topic is shite, your lack of knowledge astounding and your arrogance Trumplike. You are in no position to tell me where I should and should not be.
I’m not flaming either, the mods don’t allow it, for that there is IRC.
all i can say is this quote of this famous guy… it goes a little bit like
“Never argue with an idiot. You’ll never convince the idiot that you’re correct, and bystanders won’t be able to tell who’s who”
Maybe, but generally theyre used in large numbers.
I dont go PvPing, but I sell large volumes of tHem at once, which is what got me thinking about it.
@Nana_Skalski tbh… i dont see anything wrong? clean nice hygenic stables, hightech pumps, nice line up… gives a serious impression.
milk is good for ya, gives strong bones and strong bodys… and is nice to drink!
but im not oblivious to social parables… but please explain.
wich part of the picture is ccp? what part is the players? and how so?
I think thrashers are bought up by fc’s and/or corps, and given out to newbros for free, to take out on relatively cheap and relatively powerful fun-fleets and PVP space adventures.
So your production is most likely adding fun to the game
atleast i dont think “the piracy gank squad” favours thrasher flavour right now… but they might, idk.
Yes, they want to get to that point where loss matters much more…
but when you take a look at the loss happening today, it is clear that its PvP-ships that dunk on PvE ships.
I know people have opinions on if this is right or wrong, do the pve-player deserve it? etc etc etc
… and thus the debate is missing the real point that CCP suggests.
That it would be “fun” and “heart-racing” to be in an expensive ship aka. almost always a PvE ship - getting dunked by one/many “throw away” PVP-ships to whom/which the pve-player cant even apply damage to… it won’t be fun/more fun because the ship/fit price has increased.
it will just be sad/more sad for the individual pve-player and a generally poor game development for all.
The expensive ship is almost always a PvE ship… blingy or not, the hull price is rising…
soon t2/faction BS are +1b for just the hull.
And serious “high end” PvE players fly hulls (and/or necessary bling fit, post-surgical strike) that is worth more then 2-3b easy.
i suspect that:
as long as PvE damage application and PVP damage application differ.
There can never be “fun” to be a PvE-player (victim role) it can only be fun to be a PVP player (predator role).
right now, and as the game mechanics are/working towards
a PVP players loss mails will never really matter.
only the PvE player’s loss mail will matter more
