It’s an above average drop but still, it happens fairly often.

That’s a minor understatement. I don’t think I’ve ever seen 4 deadspace mods drop from a single site, let alone type-As. This is also assuming you find the sites before someone else and complete it before someone else comes in.

I dunno. I’ve run a hundred high sec sites, and the biggest payout I got was 1.6b from an unrated Angels Outpost (three Gistum A-type modules). Whenever I see an Outpost, I run it like a madman.
