i got another proposal for wardecs turn it around so that the attacker pays a fee for ever pilot in his corp and leave that entire need to have structure bulloks alone.

the high of the fee is would be suspet to balance but that way attacks 100 man ally vs 3 man corp would become very unlikley but 3 man corp vs 3 man corp totaly fesable and so on. and wars betwen such corps are actual content then the citadel is a force mulitplier and helps on defending itself

It should depend on the players in the attacking corporation, in a linear way eg 20M/attacker.
