Hold Shift while mousing over module to see its overheated stats

What the title says.

Current state: While holding shift you can then click the module icon to activate overheat. But the pop up tooltip gives no indication of what changes will occur.

Ideal state: While holding shift and clicking a module will still activate overheat on that module, it should also show in the pop up tool tip what changes will happen to this module while in its overheated state.

I wholeheartedly support this change. It’s a simple tweak to the UI that gives all users access to critical information.
