there is a company ship and we just joined an alliance here’s the company ship as were trying to be a mining corp Fit: Tayra, Mining fleet Tayra by Mindahouf Davaham | EVE Workbench though there is an amor repair on it

I mean I was going to give them like 500,000 isk for baseline but the more ore they mine the higher up they go like 1,000 morphite right now will put you at a mining fleet commander but before it becomes official they must lead a mining group so that way I can see if it would be a good fit or not the mining commander would get paid 30 mill after they give me that ore
I think 600k isk is more comensurate with similar positions in the mining field.

we have a unique ming design and have were willing to pay for any lost ships well ming

well first we are in high sec and second, we still are working on getting people to help us with pirates and NPC and also not being able to pay over 100 mill
I would consider the high sec nature of your business as a strength.
A lot of miners aren’t fortunate to live in a highsecurity zone, protected by CONCORD, and even if ore prices are lower it allows for a lot of AFK family time and relaxation.

that’s true but it also means we can not mine more valuable ore

The way these high-sec mining corporations operate reminds me of when I was graduating from college during the recession a decade or so ago, and companies actually expected us to pay thousands of dollars in exchange for being allowed to have unpaid internships with them.

i’m paying for 600,000 isk for them to join my corp and even then i’m giving them a free ship once they rech tier 2
