If you have upwards of 1T ISK to spend on ‘‘some’’ T2 module BPOs etc, then people sell those things on the Market section on the forums here. And yes, that was 1 trillion ISK I typed because that’s what it’s gonna cost to get more than 1-2 T2 BPOs.
There are several on contracts. Not generally worth buying unless you’re in the infinite isk club, and I think it’s unlikely that you are since you’re asking how to buy things.
The ROI of T2s are very bad. They are just an collectors item. If you invest the same amount on a big project like multiple dreads or T2 Battleship, your guaranteed to make so much more ISK. At the end of the day it’s all up to you, do what you love and have fun
