How long do billboard ads take after submission?

I submitted a billboard ad to CCP about two months ago and I have not seen the ad or received a response from the CCP email I sent the ad to, even after a follow up email. Does anyone know how long the process usually takes or if there is typically a response from them after submitting?

I still haven’t seen our billboard or got a reply.

I just created an ad for our Corp and it was submitted a few days ago. If you read the requirements, they do state that not every bad will be used.

CCP discretion etc
