How to find in-game identifier for PI pins (structures)?

In game, pins have identifiers like “GW-N8Q”. From ESI, the PI planet end-point returns pins with a long 13-digit numeric “pin_id”, but nothing related to the in-game identifier.

Where can I find the in-game identifier?

The iOS app Neocom displays this value, so it must be available somehow.
