How to get a response from Support?

I’ve created a ticket which is mentioning that I cannot reset my password. I’ve tried it in different browsers computers and incognito mode. But always when I click the button “reset password” it says " unexpected error occurred " .

I’m trying to reach out to support, but these guys seem like don’t want to answer to me? Eventho this should be easily fixable or do I see it wrongly, or may I created my ticket wrongly?

Tell them you wanted to buy PLEX for $5.000 but the page doesn’t load properly. You’ll get an answer in like 3 minutes. :wink:

Buddy I did, still no response.. Even told them I will bring more creditors :smiley:
