How to get rid of a character resculpt token?

Last week everyone who claimed the 15k SP in the NES also got a free character resculpt token.

Nice!

Now I’m not one to complain about free gifts, but how do I get rid of that token? I’m quite happy with my character’s faces to be honest.

This resculpt token in the redeem queue has no expiration, so the only way to get it out of the redeem queue is to redeem it.

Once redeemed it is added to the inventory of one of my characters.

It is untradable and cannot be trashed:

It also cannot be added to a ship’s cargohold of a ship to be trashed, left or jettisoned:

This means the only way to get rid of that token is to activate it, which means the character (in this case another alt) is flagged for resculpting:

And while I can hide this prompt it still has flagged that character for a resculpt, which I’m not interested in for my characters.

Can we please get a way to trash the resculpt tokens?

P.S.: Also I figured out a way to get rid of the tokens. Despite being ‘untradable’ the tokens can be ‘delivered’ to other characters:

Where it now is stuck forever if I don’t want to use it because it cannot be moved out.

I understand these limitations exist to ensure people don’t accidentally get rid of a service they paid real money for. However for a freebie given along with free SP it’s quite annoying to have something I do not wish to use stuck somewhere in my inventory.

Just trash it.

Select it then at the bottom right of the window a bin appears, just click while it’s highlighted.

I don’t see any bin appear? And the usual ‘trash’ button isn’t there as you can see in my screenshot.

Edit: ohh, in the redeem queue. Well I’m past that point now. Good to know it exists!

Didn’t somebody say this item was tradeable in-game? Maybe you can sell it to someone and make a few isk.

I would be surprised if it were possible to put one in a trade window.

But I haven’t tried.

I didn’t expect ‘delivery’ to work either, but it did.

Somebody said it was. But they also said it was likely a CCP’s error. So maybe that’s fixed by now.
