People tried to explain to you why your idea of safe zones is incompatible with the game. Your reply is “whatever, I want what I want regardless, and I will have it, if need be at the expense of others”. That’s not an opinion open for discussion, it’s an attitude that is incompatible with the game and its community.

How to handle “PvE Only”
So, what you described in that wall ‘o text you put up there, already exists. And quite a few responses also touched on aspects of this already pre-existing game. Especially those responses that talk about multiple servers.
This game is called Elite Dangerous and one can pick it up on Steam for 40 dollars. No subscription needed. No reoccurring payments. No pvp. A galaxy so massive that the 20000 players on the open server are spread across 400 billion star systems (yes, that many) but if the 0.0000000001% chance of running across another player frightens you because they might take a shot at you, you can play on a solo server with you, yourself, and only you.
And, it’s 100% first person view flying your ship. Best with a HOSTA flight simulation stick and throttle for that deep immersion. And, even better, absolutely no player driven market. So the prices are always set and stay the same for whatever module or ship you want.
Its the perfect non-pvp non-player-player interactive MMORPG out there.
So, my recommendation for dealing with these EvE “PVE Only” folks, is send them to Elite Dangerous.

They’ve told me their opinions. Noone has given me any evidence that safe zones are actually, objectively incompatible with the game, and based on them making a server in China that does just that, it seems that it is compatible.
A dog just told me you wouldn’t recognize objectivity if it objectively bit you in the hand.
Also, it’s not nice to make forum alts to troll on the forums.
You remind me of someone, very strongly even, uses the same “I don’t care about your evidence, I only care about my demands” constructs, and when proverbially driven into a corner starts repeating the same bubbliciousness.

It’s entertaining, Find the Mole, Trova la Talpa, Cherchez la Taupe. The main protagonist went missing a while ago, now these alts pop up. It’s endearing, isn’t it. Anyway, I hope he learns to speak chinese.
They’d be free from PvP risk. That wouldn’t make them free though as they’d still require time and effort, the same as any other gathered resource in any other MMO.

There’s at least two of them. Their accents are very distinct. One tries to be friendly to me, the other does not.
