It’s loot of the current event and can be sold for 300m ISK to Blood Raider buy orders in NPC Delve.

The Deathless is also collecting them for loot crates in Zarzakh at the shrouded structure. (can get new faction mods)

I don’t see anything hypercatabolic as being a positive, I wonder if the writer of this was thinking hypermetabolic?
I am diabetic. The chemical state made by increased circulating catabolic hormones and inflammatory necrotic tumors results in insulin resistance or advanced diabetes.
Meanwhile… hypermetabolic is defined as an elevated resting energy expenditure causing; weight loss, anemia, fatigue, elevated heart rate, irregular heartbeat, and insomnia.
I am guessing they thought it just sounded cool at the time.
