I bought a GALAXY PACK in https://secure.eveonline.com/DLC/default.aspx 18h ago.

But ,I don’t receveive nothing about GALAXY PACK up to now。

No one answered my SUPPORT REQUEST for 18 hours。

Check your redeeming for items other than game time - the game time should automatically be added to your account - should see it reflected on your character sheet.

Logoff and then log back in. You should see a Redeemable Items bar across the bottom of the character select screen.

If you don’t, try again after downtime.
