I have turned down settings or disabled. Increased brightness. Seen youtube of the game so I know its not like this. What I’m I missing? Computer is capable.

it probably means your game hasnt loaded the game assets fast enough to display them.
you can try selecting download all game files on the launcher. i think its a 4gb download

Check the box to enable download all. On next launcher activation you should see a download session kick off.
If that doesn’t work… I’d suggested doing the clear cache option in game, and if that fails. Submit a bug report.
