Why cant i just BE an arab?
You can be Asian (gallente/amarr)
You can be Black (minmatar)
You can be European (galante)
You can be American (caldari)
Yet you can not be an Arab?
I had to choose Minmatar to make myself as close to Arab as I can by looking dark brown.
I am forced to RP that i was stolen from my Native homeland of Arabia when I was young and raised in black country so have darker skin.
This is racist as hell ccp, let me be an Arab.

The answer is “because of this”. “European”, “American”, and “Arab” are not races. In-game, I guess Amarr, Caldari, Minmatar, and Gallente are “races”, but “Arab” is NOT related to anything in-game and you are NOT roleplaying in any way when you try to involve RL into the game.
In fact your post is probably against the forum TOS, even with the less restrictive TOS rules for these new forums.

Dunno how new you are but in the old character creator minmatar were forced to be black pretty much across the board and there wasn’t much way around it. Pretty much everyone was a caricature and had offensivesterotypucal features. Amarr were super old looking assholes, gallente wre extremely gaunt emaciated hippies with buggy eyes, minmatar were black, and well… Caldari actually hasbt changed with the huge bodybuilder physiques and huge chins.

Oh, one more thing: being from Arabia doesn’t make Arab a race. The same as there is also no “American race”. Dipshit. “Arab” is a cultural and geographical identifier, that’s it.

Lol no one’s complaining except op cause he’s trolling. ni kunni is already pretty much arab-esque, if he put any effort into character creation hed be able to make a decent looking guy if he’s upset about that. I used that for mine because true amarr couldn’t pull off these cheeks/jaw. But for RP purposes I consider him true amarr lol.
Anyway idk crimson that’s about what I remember being the lightest possible color and it’s still definitely on the darker end compared to what CCP allowed for the different bloodlines and what they allow for now with a wide range available for everyone. It’s nice they added more variety even if im still waiting for a native American style bloodline. I always felt shoehorned into being a sterotype with minmatar and it left me with a bad taste in my mouth even today. Idk who at ccp thought it was appropriate to also have them be slaves in the lore lmao.
i, without any sarcasm behind it, encountered US Americans who called me a racist for making fun of them. They don’t like being pointed at certain studies proving their intellectual standing in the world.
