Implants Wiped!

Logged in just now - character had my normal training implants.

Swapped into my pvp implants - which I could clearly see in my current station.

Looked at my augmentations before I left station - nothing - empty

Looked back at my available implants - had put the proper ones in

Swapped back to an empty clone - my pvp clone was reinstalled in the station - TOTALLY EMPTY

I did not lose / delete the implants. The name of the set (PvP is still there just there are no implants shown,

Undock/redock does not change / update the implants.

Careful changing implant sets till this is worked out.

Hi, how positive are you that you were in the same station of your PvP implants before you jumped and that you still had a clone available to your install first before jumping?

I had nice lost a set and couldn’t work out how.

I therefore always jump out of my current clone first before jumping in not my next clone.

I had been paying that extra jump fee in fear of this same thing happening like you mentioned.

So next time I suggest to jump out of your clone with the implants into an empty slot to store before doing another jump.

Always do that or otherwise you might get station ganked.

. @Uriel_the_Flame might shed some light on what might had happened and n your story.

/ps my reply was a tad wonky though I think the message was sort of clear and that nobody else responded.
I did my best explaining eventually.

Could be several things but nothing conclusive just speculation. As you wrote could be that OP did some mistake, could be some issue with the data / client handling or displaying it, could be a new (or even old) bug, or something entirely different.

I think the best would be is to create a support ticket and ask the GMs to check the logs to see what happened and go from there. Only they can provide a guaranteed answer, anything else is only speculation (unless someone had this exact same issue and knows for a fact what happened).

Only took one edit so should be alright.

The chance that the game messed up something like this: 0.001%

The chance that you messed up with this: 99.999%

This is the reason why I prefer to jump out of an expensive clone into an empty clone slot.

(Note that it’s the safest way to go)

I don’t have expensive clones, only empty clones. I make it a point never to get “attached” to using buffs in this sort of game.

Have fun!

Some days are more fun than others.

Check your death mails, you might have been podded while logged out in space.

If safe logged successfully then impossible. If not then might be possible depending on the circumstances but even then only if something prevented OP’s ship / pod from disappearing and someone being there to make use of the temporary window of opportunity.

Don’t worry the devs will figure it out and magically return your implants.
