Inbound and Extraction Filaments: what's the differences?

Hi all
I have some difficulties reading the various properties of some filaments…

The inbound more or less all says it all
Border means NOT pochven space but where there can be a WH to Pochven (I think)
All others are direct ticket into Pochven - somewhere but IN.

The Extraction ONE I have more perplexities about…

I see there’s low cost “devana” Extraction Filament, purpose unknown…
and more costly “proximity Extraction” ones < I suppose these extract you into HS?

the glorification devana ones bring you to a triglavian minor victory systems anywhere in the game; the proximity extraction ones bring you to a system next to pochven that can be any security.

boarder means certain systems in pochven next to one of the three home systems (the corners)
