Hi, don’t you know how long will it take for industry index (research ME/TE/Manufacture) to fall back to lower values after all jobs has been completed?
Currently I’ve finished all the TE jobs in a system but index still holds at the same value for more than a day. 100% sure there’s no other research facilities in the system (stations or citadels).
28 days as far as I know.
The index for a given activity-system pair is equal to the number of job-hours of that activity type in that system over the last 28 days, divided by the number of job-hours of that activity type in the universe as a whole over the last 28 days, and then square-rooted to give better numbers.
