A long time ago, there was an e-commerce platform so members could place Indy orders. I haven’t found it, but I also don’t remember what it was called. To give you more detail, it was like Shopify for your corp and alliance. A member would log in and browse what you could build. Then once they checked out, the system would send an email, and the indy person that was going to build it would collect the isk and start the build. After that, it would get marked with an expected date, and it would notify the customer. After the delivery, the builder would mark it complete and move on to the next order.
I hope that the project is still alive or maybe I can revive it if someone remembers the name and where I can find it.
