Hi , I was wondering if i need to have omega state in order to invent or research some blueprints.
I’m asking this because i recently found some strange loot from cosmic signatures and would like to make them into something useful
check the skills requirements on the blueprint to be sure. Most advanced research does require omega skills, but I think you can do some basic ME/TE/copying with an alpha
