I flew around Black Rise last night and it was basically empty. Akidagi, which I have never seen without 20+ players was empty. The only system with any ships on dscan was Kinakka with the usual gate camp on the Onnamon gate.
I wouldn’t say it’s dead.
You may check ZKB info filtered by region (type ‘black rise’ or ‘placid’ etc…) to get the situation.
Templis moved out of Black Rise- that is why Aki was empty.

We have logged a substantial increase in FW corporations rolling around HS, moon mining.
I understand alot of Gallente pilots moved to null sec. The Gallente militia hold sov in Cloud Ring.
