Is it possible to run Eve with an iPad running in side-car mode?

I don’t have any problems whatsoever when running EVE online, except when using my TV as a second screen, or running my iPad in sidecar mode. The launcher throws up nothing more than black screen.

Is it possible to run EVE on a dual display set up? It would be so handy to have some webpages up under mouse/keyboard control. (i’m running chrome btw)

I can run the game on my sidecar display, although the resolution is affected. I am not sure how to fix that though.
