I’m having trouble opening the forum this morning, been going on for a few hours now and it only works sporadically.
I noticed no changements on my side, and the forums are as fluid as they are normally. The problem might come from your side 
During the issue I could reach account management just fine but specifically the forums gave me a time out.
Hmm weird.
It is the time for this month’s feature update, 11am EVE time. Maybe this is the reason of strange forums behavior.
That in combination with the CSM problem that arose.
It’s SOP after CCP bans a well-known player.
