Is there a way to track in game activity and achievements?

Good afternoon everyone,

I just installed the game about a week ago but I was curious if there was some in game tool that lets me track what I do and what I’ve achieved. Like some sort of Activity Tracker? Is there some EVE Addon I need to install like there was in World of Warcraft?
