Go check Siege Green’s killboard and The Rogue Consortium’s killboard and see if they are shy kittens that don’t also enjoy fighting.

No, it shouldn’t. CCP may fix that if they want by simply preventing swapping ships in space when scrambled.
Not anymore. You won’t see that FW baiter do that again when I’m on grid at least. 
Note that she may play other tricks, though. I saw her join her FW corp with another toon in the middle of a fight while I was bumping the Bowhead, and she camps the station with both toons now instead of the single one he was using before.

I’m a total newb to all this, but is it still possible to hide in a neutral bowhead if your fight isn’t going so well? That’s just hilarious, how does that mechanic even exist >_<
