Got a little behind on some things but Exordium is now supported. Otherwise working away on important infrastructure improvements for our operators 
I did send you a contract a while back , it was for only 2 or 3 hundred million isk , after 24 hours , I figured because it was a small of stuff and you were so quick with all my other contracts that the slower than average acceptance might have something to do with it … does it matter the size of the contract … also what’s happing with the LP buyback … thx

The LP buyback is live but has a few issues. Not sure why your contract got missed after 24 hours, I’ve been away recently but it should have gotten accepted, hopefully now it’s cleared out. I am working on some technical improvements that should help with both soon.

would you notice if a contract worth 400,000 mil or so had no buy back price … some idiot slipped up , NOT pasting in the value of the contract … just wondering … just 4 days ago …

That seems to be the case. When someone asked they responded, “It’s actually not a simple question to answer. The appraisal pricing algorithm roughly works like so…” Idk about all that.

Your best option would be to contact the individual that accepted the contract, they should be friendly enough to help you out.

I created a contract 2 days ago which is still pending. It is in a 0.4 system, is this normal or should I recreate?
This is only my 2nd time selling as a noob, and first one only took a few hours, so apologies if worrying over nothing.

Hmm, so out of last 5 contracts raised, 3 have been sat there all week and about to run out. I’m guessing this service isnt really active any more?
Absolutely still active, you’ve just caught us in a slightly bumpy period. The last week or so we’ve ran into a few technical snags when scaling, servers struggling to cope with the number of contracts on the books! Are your contracts still outstanding? I’ll see if I can manually clear the backlog tonight, I’ve also been very busy with a new job so haven’t had all the time I’d like to clean up the contracts that fall through the gaps of the system. Or plug the gaps for that matter.
And if you’re ever curious in the future if the service is still operating, theres a stat showing the last time a contract was accepted at the top of the homepage, and a feed of recently accepted contracts further down.
Edit: to clarify, contracts are being accepted, but a portion are seeing delays to their acceptance. This is something I’m actively working on improving, and you could help.

It’s a shame that happened. Not up to our intended standards, I can only apologise. We definitely could do with wider coverage in terms of buyers/runners accepting incoming contracts.
