Keeping PvE players in EVE

Only if they find you ugly
If you are 6 pack CHAD you can request duels any time you want

Many of us enjoy industry and manufacturing. Do you know how many hours I, for example, have spent in games like Minecraft and Garry’s Mod building things? Tens of thousands.

It’s just that PvPers aren’t idiots (well, less so than pure PvE players), so we’re going to go for the activity that pays us more, which conveniently for us is blowing up your janky, fat hauler-flying ass.

Why the flying ā– ā– ā– ā–  would anyone try to build anything today? For something like 95% of items, you actually lose money by transforming the raw resources into the end products, and on the remainder you merely break even. And resource extraction itself constitutes some of the least-paying PvE income streams available in the game.

All because the game is beyond saturated with mindless farming drones like you.

Bro, you really goin’ for the ā€œit’s not fair to attack players without their consent because the computer their grandma bought them is too slow or because they’re too busy jerkin’ it to the latest hentai manga to watch the game screenā€ angle?

The well really dried up, huh?

Exactly. There are plenty of PvP players who are willing to do industry but the hordes of ā€œMINERALS I MINE MYSELF ARE FREEā€ idiots devalue those activities and remove the point. A decrease in the oversupply of mining and production would increase the profits on those activities and provide incentive to start industry alts and take advantage.

You make the mistake of assumption, because I do both.
If you read properly you would realize that I was responding to the quote that ā€˜PvE players add nothing to EVE’
reading is an art form you need to master my friend
have a good day

PvE players only contribute to the game when they use their assets for PvP. If they persist in solely PvE activity, then they are accruing isk (free game time) at the expense of everybody else, by engaging in repetitive grinding. Anyone who only does PvE is not contributing to the game, but rather they are taking from everybody else.

PvP players have the sacred duty of ensuring CCP does not go bankrupt, by shooting PvE players and preventing them from grinding the servers into dust.

What utter tosh, as soon as the pve’ers stop mining the horde of pvp’ers will just as quickly jump in and pick up where the pve’ers left off, so no change. They will be no advantage, the markets would re-adjust fairly rapidly if that were to happen.

I cannot do industry because someone else is taking all the minerals excuse is just that, an excuse. For the record I hate mining I buy all my minerals apart from reprocessing what I get from lvl4 missions. I build a hell of a lot and at substantial profit…

calling me, a new player a ā€œmindless farming droneā€, is kind of funny coming from someone who spends literally Tens of Thousands of Hours playing

Mind Craft
I weep for you on a personal level.

Oh ho, you turned that around on me like a total pro. There’s no way I can recover from that one. Guess I’ll just go kill myself now to preserve my family’s honor, bye.

Socialism . . .lol
I see you

How is that…?? What?
Edit: oh nvm, just saw the rest of your comments, you’re not worth my time.

You’re right, I’m sure CCP will get angry at us for discussing a game that has more engaging and fulfilling crafting and more fun and hardcore PvP than EVE does.

Maybe we should get that rule from 15 years ago reinstated that specifically forbade referring to any other games by their names on the forums.

They don’t read it at all. They skim posts for trigger words to work themselves into a lather over and then go off on a rant that has nothing to do with the topic and everything to do with their personal mental issues.
