Can we please talk about what happened with kernite? I see the market exploding with kernite selling at 800 isk per unit. Are ppl taking advantage of this? should I be? what should I go into for mining?
Currently trying to save up for my Stabber and fit (roughly 50m)
Im Alpha, and am looking for a good mining fit for venture that is cheap (under 10m)
Ty for your time and help
Also, market isnāt exploding. Itās quite stable item across whole year (https://evemarketer.com/types/20/history). High price is not due to minerals but Kernite being requirement many storyline missions.
exploding is not quite the right word I wanted to use, I think āinflatedā would have been better. But still, most ores are worth around 100 isk per and then you look at kerniteā¦ just curious, what do you mine?
I donāt. Not anymore. But not being a miner doesnāt mean I canāt use calculator. As I said, this market is quite stable so that price will stay. Kernite is probably one of most profitable ores in low sec. If you will have fun mining. Go for it! Just donāt compress kernite, lol
you must look at isk per m3. Different ores take different amount of your cargo hold. Just because one unit of one type of ore cost more isk. It doesnāt mean you gonna make more isk mining it. Your mining lasers mine m3 per second. Not ore quantity per second.
oooh ty for explanation.
I heard a lot about how you should look at m3 instead of per unit but I was a little confused. Ty for clearing that up for me.
Also I will go right away and farm some kernite. See ya!
Hereās a 11.4 mil venture I had laying around, play around with the fitting to get it under 10 mil (changing out the lasers would do it most likely) Useability in lowsec though, not sure i donāt mine in lowsec.
