Brand new players have a really hard time operating out in NulSec right away. It’s best to play for a few weeks to a month to get some knowledge and skills trained so you can operate a cloak in NulSec and operate competently to make ISK! We put out a 10 Mil Skill Point requirement mostly for this reason. We want to make sure a player has fun out here!
