How many hours per week must I mandatory PVP before i am allowed to mine gas and rat in the home area?

We currently live in Esoteria Region which is Sansha Space, EM/Thermal Rats.
There are no requirements for PvP numbers or tracking data other than Comms and Standing Fleet when operating in Space. You may conduct any PvE Activities you so choose at any time and play the game how you love to play Eve Online.
There no required training plans. The Doctrines for Alliance PvP Fleets are highly adaptable to a variety of Pilot Experience Levels, having several options for all race type of ships to fly for each Doctrine called for.
The alliance and our corp are highly organized to accommodate for Pilots of ALL races, experience levels, and game careers! We have taken great lengths to provide assets and infrastructure to do so!
