Tengu lvl4 mission runner

Imo this is the classic mission tengu, can swap to Heavy Missiles fairly easily. for lv4s it’s over tanked, can easily speed and sig tank almost all the lv4 damage, just clear out the frigs as they can web, and that’s your only threat. If you just want to face tank everything you could throw on a large booster and a cap battery.
